Damaged prints

If your print arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Cancelling a print

You can cancel a print and get a full refund until it goes to the lab. Contact us as soon as you can.

Digital copies

If something is wrong with your file, contact us and we’ll put it right or refund you. A refund ends your right to use the digital copy, and the download stops working.
